LEAGUE PLAY

Flag football leagues are the bread and butter of our operation. They're where we see the highest volume of our kids and where we get to see our leadership (and junior leadership!) in action. The leagues are a melting pot of different folks from different backgrounds pulling together to GET BETTER and HAVE FUN. 

League operation is approached with the idea that everything and everyone is part of the experience. From back-end logistics to the mood of the parents on the field, every thing we do is connected. And if we want these leagues to be the positive, productive eco-systems they're capable of being, we have to make sure all the little details are in order. 

If executed correctly, local leagues have the opportunity to achieve incredible amounts of community, connection and change. Our job is to properly build those eco-systems and make sure everyone has the chance to join in.
